In this day and age, simply put, there is far too much information, disinformation, misinformation and everything else in-between for most individuals to parse through well. Taking into account that even before this mass proliferation of information, that a large bulk of humanity simply are unable or unwilling to look at anything meaningful, it is no surprise that more information, does not, in the end, move the needle much in most people’s minds.
That brings us to the corona situation or over reaction as I put it many times. What we have seen in the last year or so, is the largest disinformation and censorship campaign and on a global scale. Simply posting anything, even if it is your personal experience, can be banished and silenced as “medical misinformation.” This leads to an obvious question, that many refuse to acknowledge, “How do we do know who is right?”
On one side, we have those saying you must wear masks, take the shot, and not hug loved ones. On the other, we have some saying the opposite. MAny times, it devolves into scientists claiming one thing and then others claiming the other. Trying to understand the silence, though valuable, for most is pointless because they are not scientists and they do not understand a lot of the minutia.
But one thing you can do, is see what is being censored, and what is being promoted. Whoever has the facts on their side would be very happy to have all the cards on the table for the world to see because the reality is on their side. Anyone who refuses to do so, is hiding something or is just plain wrong. Now it is possible to have two sides openly show evidence and debate and clearly, one side would be wrong most likely but that is not the situation we have with corona. Instead, we have one side that has around the clock coverage and promotion on the news, tech sites, and government ads and the other is demonized, censored and excoriated into oblivion.
Based on that one aspect alone, it is very easy to know which side is right, probably.
Easy - if a Leftist is for it, I'm against it.
